At MERL Tech 2017 we presented EvalC3, the evaluation multi-tool we’ve been developing with M&E expert Rick Davies.

As IT consultant and trainer, software developer, researcher and senior lecturer in computer science, Mark has worked with Xerox Parc, IBM, the BBC, Imperial College London and DeMontfort University. Mark worked for two years in Kenya, with VSO, as trainer for a rural IT college. He has a deep passion for the human aspect of learning, change and development. He has a certificate in Education For Sustainability from Schumacher College and a PhD in programming language theory from Imperial College.
