Martin is an experienced international development professional working in the areas of monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment, ICT for development and research communications and uptake. He has worked in more than 20 countries over the last 20 years. Martin joined Aptivate in May 2014, although has worked as a consultant, partner and customer of Aptivate's since 2004.
