We believe people have the right to participate in decisions that affect their lives.
We have helped organisations in International Development and from other sectors achieve their goals. Our variety of projects, ranges from software development to in-country workshop facilitation to research and technology evaluation. Working with local communities, civil society, NGOs, international agencies and local or national governments to support their social, human, technology and infrastructure development. Take a look at who we work with.
We like to work in an iterative way always learning, changing, building and evaluating. Our services sit in these four areas and we can either work with you to design a complete project with the services you need or we can help deliver a particular service as part of your project. Take a look at our projects.

Research & analysis
Working with organisations to determine how technology can help them. We come from diverse backgrounds in industrial and commercial software development, facilitation and graphic design. Our wide range of experience gives us the skills to advise on almost anything technical. For example we helped iSchool Zambia to solve a wide variety of technical challenges in building a robust e-learning environment for schools.
Discovery
Participatory workshops shape the beginning of most of our projects, using tools to work directly with end users discover their needs. Take a look at our UX Discovery workshop Activities document, it explains a number off tools that can be used to build a picture of the requirements.
User experience
Also known as UX, means making sure your users can easily use the technology solutions you provide for them. This can range from having an experienced UX designer on a project team to an in depth user testing process. We find out what works, and why. We helped PreventionWeb to assess the usability of their websites.
Change
